About the Role

WellTheory is looking for an Implementations Engineer to join our fully-remote team. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a mission-driven company working to promote better health outcomes for people with autoimmune disease — building the insurance and data infrastructure at the core of our business and helping new partners go live. You likely have 3-5+ years of experience as a software engineer. Our current stack includes JavaScript, TypeScript, React, React Native, Node, Postgres, and GCP — though you don't need experience with every piece; we're confident an experienced engineer can ramp up quickly. We're looking for someone with strong software engineering fundamentals, strong written and verbal communication, and experience making foundational technical decisions at the 0-to-1 stage.
