Talent Sourcer

Western Veterinary Partners is seeking a strategic, research-driven Talent Sourcer to support our Veterinary Recruiting team.

As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and attracting the next generation of veterinary talent to join our growing network. This is more than a traditional sourcing role — we are looking for someone who is naturally curious, investigative, and energized by uncovering hard-to-find talent through creative and innovative research methods.

In this role, you will build proactive talent pipelines, leverage advanced sourcing strategies, analyze market trends, and partner closely with recruiters and business leaders to solve complex hiring challenges. The ideal candidate thrives on finding talent where others are not looking, enjoys strategic talent mapping, and understands how to turn research insights into recruiting success.

This position is a full-time, remote role with periodic travel required.
