Veterinary Doctor's Assistant

Bay Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Doctor's Assistant to join our team and help create exceptional experiences for clients and patients during exams and outpatient visits. Previous experience as a Doctor’s Assistant in a veterinary setting is required.

In this vital role, you’ll be the right hand to our veterinarians—assisting during exams, maintaining accurate and detailed SOAP notes, reviewing treatment plans and charges, preparing medications, and ensuring client questions are answered thoroughly and compassionately. You’ll work closely with your team to carry out the doctor’s recommendations, keep appointments on track, and help ensure every visit is smooth and efficient for both pets and their people.
