Veterinary Technician Supervisor

Are you a skilled, experienced veterinary technician who's ready to step into a leadership role — in an urgent care setting where no two shifts look the same and your clinical instincts actually matter?

First State Urgent Vet – Wilmington is seeking a Veterinary Technician Supervisor to join our team and help lead a fast-paced, mission-driven urgent care practice where technicians and assistants are empowered to use their full range of skills.

Our urgent care setting blends the best of general practice and emergency medicine — you'll triage patients, provide life-saving treatments, and still get to celebrate a perfectly healthy puppy coming in for vaccines. We're a team that takes the medicine seriously and doesn't take ourselves too seriously. Thick skin and a quick wit are genuinely appreciated here. It's how we cope, and it's part of what makes us a team worth joining.
