Reidsville Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician Supervisor (RVT) to join our team and help lead, mentor, and develop our support staff as we continue to grow.

This is not a purely clinical role — and it’s not a purely administrative one either. It’s both. We’re looking for a confident, experienced technician who can walk into a surgery suite, manage anesthesia, and mentor junior staff on the same day. Someone who leads by example, communicates directly, holds the team to a high standard with empathy and consistency, and is genuinely energized by the opportunity to shape a team’s culture and capabilities.
