Hi 👋! I’m Sjamilla, Manager of the Talent Acquisition team and based in Amsterdam 🇳🇱. At WeTravel, we're on a mission to empower travel businesses to focus on what they do best - creating magical experiences - while we handle the complex payment infrastructure behind the scenes. We're building technology that makes travel payments seamless, secure, and scalable for organizers worldwide.

As our Tech Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be instrumental in building our engineering and product teams. You'll partner closely with technical hiring managers, craft compelling outreach to passive candidates, and ensure every engineer who talks to us has an exceptional experience - whether they join us or not.

Just to give you an idea, this is an example of what your week could look like in this role:

Monday: Your week starts with the recruitment team sync, where you discuss pipeline health, share sourcing wins, and align on priorities. Then it's straight into the Engineering sync with all the technical hiring managers - you're getting updates on their team needs, discussing candidates in process, and prioritizing which roles need the most attention. You wrap up
