Overview – Weybourne

Established in 2013, Weybourne is the family office for a High-Net-Worth family. Weybourne manages investments and provides financial and other professional support to the Family, their estates, and business interests. The latter covers a wide range of sectors, including farming, aviation, financial investments, commercial and residential property, music and several others. We currently have a team of around 100 employees, whose roles cover accountancy, financial control, IT support, tax and treasury, property and investment management, security, risk, and HR based in both the UK and Singapore.

Role Purpose:

The Business Analyst will play a key role in the successful delivery of business and IT change by working with stakeholders to understand business needs, define and manage requirements, analyse processes, and support the delivery of practical, controlled and measurable solutions.

The role will work across the full project lifecycle with the Senior Project Manager, with responsibility for leading business analysis activity within assigned projects or workstreams. This includes discovery, requirements definition, process analysis, stakeholder engagement, solution validation, user acceptance testing support and transition into business as usual.
