Property Manager

Job Summary: 

The Community Manager will oversee all business operations across the apartment community. The Community Manager manages and coordinates the team members, daily activities, and resources to achieve established budgeted financial and operations goals, and ensures that the operations of the property comply with Company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will possess strong resident relations and interpersonal skills and will have the ability to communicate effectively, take charge, lead, train, be dependable, professional, and a team player.
