Compensation: $120K to $150K total compensation (base plus performance bonus) plus equity. This is our founding marketing hire.

You are being hired to fire the CEO from his second job.

Whippy grew to 1,000+ customers with almost no marketing team. Pipeline comes from founder led webinars, partner channels, referrals, and customer stories good enough that prospects quote them back to us. Right now the CEO personally writes the case studies, directs the website, organizes the events, and approves every asset, while the audiences we already own sit untouched: no sequences, no retargeting, no cross sell motion. Your job covers both halves of that problem. You codify the message, and you build the machine that ships it. Then you own a pipeline number the way an AE owns a quota.

One thing to know before you apply: this is a rare shape of role, deliberately. Most product marketers hand their messaging over a wall to someone else who distributes it. Most lifecycle marketers get handed messaging they didn't write. Here there is no wall. The person who writes the story builds the sequence it goes in.
