Senior Electomechanical Engineer

WHOOP is hiring an Electromechanical Engineer (Manufacturing Test) to develop the electrical fixtures and systems that enable reliable, scalable testing of WHOOP products throughout product development and mass production. You will develop board-level and assembly-level test fixtures, fixture wiring, and electrical interfaces that connect WHOOP products with automated test equipment and instrumentation. Working closely with Hardware Test, Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, and Manufacturing Engineering teams and our contract manufacturing partners, you'll help deliver robust production test solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop electrical and electromechanical fixtures for manufacturing test applications, from early engineering prototypes through mass-production solutions

• Develop board-level test fixtures and interfaces for PCBAs, including pogo-pin and bed-of-nails systems, test-point interfaces, interconnects, signal routing, power delivery, and integration with automated test equipment
