WHOOP is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Growth team. You’ll focus on crafting world-class digital experiences that drive growth outcomes like acquisition, conversion, and engagement, with an emphasis on e-commerce and core purchase journeys. We’re looking for a designer with strong visual fundamentals and a sharp sense for how people make decisions in complex, multi-step flows, someone who can bring clarity to complexity, think in funnels, and use experimentation to continuously improve the experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own and lead the end-to-end design of critical digital experiences that drive acquisition, conversion, and retention, with a focus on ecommerce experiences.
Shape and evolve complex user flows and information architecture to create clear, intuitive paths to conversion as our offerings evolve.
