Technical Program Manager (NPI)

WHOOP is seeking a Technical Program Manager (NPI) to support manufacturing execution for new hardware products from early development through mass production ramp. In this role, you will coordinate factory readiness, manage manufacturing schedules and risks, and work cross-functionally to resolve technical and operational challenges during product development and launch. You will partner closely with Hardware Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams, both at WHOOP HQ and international manufacturing sites, to help deliver high-quality products on time and at scale.
Responsibilities
Drive manufacturing execution for assigned hardware NPI workstreams across prototype, EVT, DVT, PVT, and mass production ramp, ensuring build objectives and milestones are met.
Coordinate contract manufacturer readiness for engineering and production builds, including materials, equipment, manufacturing processes, and test infrastructure.
