We create webs of community circles by employing local and culturally competent engagement specialists, whose hand-on-hand approach to forming trusted circles is informed by a sophisticated analytics platform. We are on a mission to make the world a better place for older adults and disadvantaged communities.
About The Role
As our Community Liaison, you'll be the face of Wider Circle in Essex County and other areas of Northern New Jersey like Bergen and Hudson Counties. You'll knock on doors, build partnerships from scratch, and turn those partnerships into real enrollments in our services. This is a full-time temporary position projected to run through the end of 2026, with the potential to convert to a permanent role.
What You'll Do
- Go door-to-door, building partnerships with senior centers, physician offices, hospitals, faith and civic organizations, food pantries, public housing, and local insurance brokers. We will provide a starter lead list and you’ll build on that list as you get to know the market.
