Wilco Contractors Northwest Inc. is a growing Edmonton-based civil construction company with more than four decades of experience delivering complex projects throughout the region.

From earthworks and underground utilities to parks, sports facilities, site development and environmental construction, our projects require people who understand that quality isn't something you check at the end—it needs to be built into the work from the beginning.

We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Manager to take ownership of Wilco's construction quality program and help us continue raising the standard across our projects.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than a job title. You'll have the opportunity to build systems, work directly with Project Managers and Superintendents, develop people, identify opportunities for improvement, and have a real impact on how Wilco delivers its projects.

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement and manage Wilco's construction Quality Control program.
• Establish consistent QC standards and processes across our projects and crews.
• Lead and support QC Coordinators, Inspectors and field personnel.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, Foremen and Safety to integrate quality into daily construction activities.
