Purpose
The Head of HR is a versatile, analytical, data-centric, highly motivated, and dedicated individual who thrives on solving complex challenges, fostering innovation, and enabling the company to achieve its business objectives. This individual will be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of HR operations & strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in compliance, operations, talent acquisition, and has a demonstrated commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA).
