Description of Role
You’re the type to see a metric move and immediately ask what system underneath it caused the change. You’re not satisfied with shipping features — you want to understand the loops, behaviors and incentives that create lasting business impact.
You naturally zoom between altitude levels. One moment you’re digging through data, customer feedback or operational workflows to uncover an overlooked opportunity. Then you’re kicking off a feature with engineering, product design and stakeholders before a session to help leadership decide where the company should invest
