The firm is seeking an accomplished estate planning and probate attorney with 5+ years of private practice experience to join its Estate Planning, Probate & Trust Administration team.
This opportunity is ideally suited for an attorney who finds purpose in helping individuals, couples, and families plan for what matters most and in guiding fiduciaries through estate and trust administration after a loss. The successful candidate will pair technical precision with a calm, reassuring presence.
THE WORK YOU WILL LEAD
As a member of Williams Parker's Trusts & Estates practice, you will:
- Provide certainty at life's defining moments. Counsel individuals, couples, and families on estate plans that reflect their personal and financial goals, including incapacity planning and orderly succession.
- Craft cohesive planning instruments. Prepare wills, revocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, and advance directives, and coordinate asset titling and beneficiary designations so each plan works as a whole.
- Guide fiduciaries with steady counsel. Represent personal representatives and trustees in probate and trust administration, including asset collect
