The Opportunity
Williams Parker, the region’s largest and oldest law firm founded in 1925, is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Litigation Attorney to join its growing practice in Sarasota, Florida. The ideal candidate will bring 10 or more years of substantial civil trial experience handling complex trust, estate, probate, fiduciary, and inheritance disputes.
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Florida. A portable book of business is highly preferred; however, Williams Parker also welcomes attorneys who bring a strong professional reputation, deep substantive experience, strategic judgment, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to a sophisticated litigation practice supported by the firm’s cross-disciplinary depth.

What You Will Bring
- Sophisticated trusts and estates litigation experience. Ten or more years of substantial civil trial experience handling complex trust, estate, probate, fiduciary, and inheritance disputes.
- Strategic judgment and courtroom capability. A demonstrated ability to assess complex legal and factual issues, anticipate challenges, manage discovery, develop effective case strategies, and advocate persuasively through trial.
