Williamsburg Charter High School

Williamsburg Charter High School located in Brooklyn is seeking an energetic, motivated and inspiring Softball Coach for our high school team during the 2026-27 school year. Applicants should have at least 1-2 years of experience in coaching. Knowledge of surrounding area sporting events is a plus. Applicants with no coaching experience but a background participating on a college/university level team, please apply. The coach will work under the direct supervision of the Athletic Director. The coach will be responsible for training athletes, preparing them for competition and developing their skills at a competitive level. The coach will be required to enforce discipline, nurture student needs, and model sportsman-like behavior at all times. Practice days are flexible; generally practice times are generally from 3:30pm (arrival) to 5:30pm, but can vary from time to time. Communicate and work effectively with students, colleagues, and parents

Monitor and report on student progress and performance

Collaborate and consult with staff on stude
