ABOUT THE MANAGER GROWTH AND STRATEGY ROLE:
WIN is looking for a Manager - Growth & Strategy to join our growing team in India. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role focused on connecting the dots across the business, identifying gaps, driving alignment, and ensuring strategic priorities move forward effectively.
This role is ideal for someone who naturally thinks in systems, thrives in ambiguity, and enjoys working across teams to improve execution, accountability, and business momentum. You will work closely with leadership and teams across India and the US to understand how the business is operating, identify what is missing, and help drive initiatives to completion.
This is not a purely operational coordination role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, drives follow-through, and ensures work gets done - even in fast-moving and evolving environments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand business priorities, challenges, and opportunities
- Connect the dots across functions, teams, and initiatives to improve alignment and execution
- Proactively identify gaps, bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and missed opportunities across the business
