ABOUT THE PROJECT MANAGER ROLE:

WIN is looking for proactive and execution-focused Project Managers who can drive projects end-to-end, remove blockers quickly, manage timelines efficiently, and ensure strong collaboration across teams.

We are looking for someone who can lead from the front, a structured thinker who understands technology well enough to hold teams accountable, provide meaningful feedback, and ensure smooth execution without unnecessary process overhead.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize and manage end-to-end execution of multiple SaaS-based projects and priorities with strong ownership.
• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and responsibilities across teams.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, design, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Define and manage project roadmaps in coordination with stakeholders and development teams.
• Drive day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery across all phases.
