HR Onboarding Specialist

HR Onboarding Specialist Window Nation is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR Onboarding Specialist to own and improve the new-hire onboarding experience. This role combines hands-on administration, communication, problem-solving, and process improvement in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is committed to helping new hires succeed while identifying gaps, resolving issues, and improving workflows. As our processes and technology evolve, this role will help create more efficient onboarding and strengthen relationships with new hires, hiring managers, and internal partners. Core Responsibilities Manage onboarding from initiation through the employee’s start date, ensuring all pre-employment and onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on time. Monitor onboarding progress, identify potential delays, and take action to keep new hires on schedule. Serve as the primary contact for new hires, providing clear communication, timely follow-up, and support. Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, HR partners, and other stakeholders to share progress, communicate risks, and resolve outstanding requirements. Administer and monitor background screenings and other pre-employment requirements, troubleshooting issues as needed. Maintain accurate employee and onboarding data across HR systems in a highly manual, evolving environment.
