• $22.00-$24.00/hr pay rate for most North County shifts, PLUS additional incentives for:
• Weekends + $1/hr
• Shorter shifts (less than 8 hours) + $2/hr and $20 gas stipend
• Encinitas - Day Shifts and more!
• Work with a team of professional Care Managers with 24/7 support
