About the Role
Our client is a growing U.S.-based wellness and aesthetic healthcare practice looking for a confident and results-driven Sales, Appointment Setting & Social Media Specialist.
This is a sales-first role. Your main focus will be outbound/cold calling, persistent lead follow-up, appointment setting, and converting qualified prospects into booked consultations.
We're looking for someone who is confident on the phone and understands that lead follow-up doesn't stop after one call or message. You'll take ownership of leads, maintain consistent follow-up, document next steps, and continue working each opportunity until the lead books, declines, or moves into nurture.
You'll also help with day-to-day social media execution and support patient and administrative workflows as needed.
The balance between sales, social media, and administrative work may vary depending on lead volume and business priorities.
