Civils Lead

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a Civils Lead to join our team on a major Data Centre project, near Helsinki, Finland. This position will play a key role in managing all Civil (CSA) activities, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and delivery across the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Lead and coordinate all Civil work packages throughout the project.
• Oversee site safety in collaboration with the safety team, ensuring compliance from setup through to project closeout.
• Manage site QA/QC activities in conjunction with the project and quality teams.
• Coordinate the project schedule with the Planner, Project Manager, Subcontractors, and
• Design Consultants to ensure all client and programme requirements are achieved.
• Support cost tracking and forecasting in collaboration with the project QS team.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations, documentation, and reporting to ensure smooth progress.
• Direct and monitor subcontractor performance, including progress tracking, manpower levels, and quality of work.
