CSA Construction Manager

We have an opportunity for a CSA Construction Manager on a major data centre project in West Cork. The successful candidate will be responsible for or leading and managing the CSA team, overseeing the delivery of all construction, services, and MEP coordination works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This includes managing subcontractors, coordinating design and installation activities, monitoring progress, resolving technical issues, supporting commercial and QA/QC processes, and driving successful project close-out and handover.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the CSA team (supervisors, engineers, and package managers) to ensure successful delivery of all CSA scope.
• Oversee site safety in conjunction with the Project Manager and Safety Team, embedding a strong culture of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental excellence.
• Coordinate and monitor procurement, design, engineering, and installation of CSA works.
