Mechanical Project Manager

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for an Mechanical Project Manager to join our team in Sines, Portugal.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, organising, leading, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of Mechanical project delivery — ensuring quality, safety, and performance standards are consistently met.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the mechanical scope of works, ensuring delivery in line with project specifications, schedule, and budget.
• Analyse, track, and manage critical milestone activities to prevent schedule delays.
• Review construction proposals, including scope and cost assessments.
• Lead and mentor project teams, including engineers, package managers, supervisors and foremen.
• Engage with project stakeholders, including clients, to ensure clear communication and alignment on goals.
• Liaise with design teams and subcontractors to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Take a leading role in driving productivity through effective weekly and daily work plans.
• Plan and coordinate day-to-day site
