Senior CSA Quantity Surveyor - Pre Construction Estimating

We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking a Senior CSA Estimator to join our expanding team. This position will be based in our head office in Ballymount, Dublin 22 and reporting to the Estimating Director, offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge data centre projects and contribute to our continued success.

Requirements

• Lead the CSA estimating function across a wide range of complex and large-scale tenders, ensuring high accuracy, in preparing estimates based on drawings and specifications.

• Manage quantities and prepare pricing document
• Lead the development of obtaining detailed pricing for elements of the building from the Irish and European subcontractors and suppliers.
• Conduct thorough analysis using valuable data to benchmark and justify subcontractor selections.
• Assist in the maintenance of the cost data base
• Present the estimate to the Estimating Director and Board of Directors
• Engage and build relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers etc)
