About the Role
We have an opportunity for a document controller on a major data centre project in Dublin. In this role the expectation will be to assist the senior team in the smooth operation of a dynamic site environment.
About You
An ambitious and outgoing document controller with a demonstrated history working within the construction industry on major projects.
Requirements
· Ensure that all documentation complies with our standard Integrated Management System documentation
· Ensure that project documentation is notified/received by the relevant people involved in the project
· Oversee and manage the on-site document controller to ensure efficient and accurate document handling and distribution.
· Manage the project documentation to ensure that all parties have access to the required documents as required, including drawings, schedules, specifications, contract letters, submittals, RFIs and reports
