Role
We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager in New York City to create pipeline and deepen relationships with the world's leading insurers. You'll turn field events, conferences, and VIP events into measurable commercial outcomes across the US.
We're open to an ambitious field marketer, creative producer, or former BDR who understands how to create commercial momentum and wants to build the field function, not inherit a finished playbook.
What this looks like in practice:
Own field programs end to end: Develop the strategy, audience, experience, budget, production plan, promotion, and follow-up for conferences, executive dinners, roundtables, VIP experiences, and Pace-hosted events.
