Product Analyst - Base44
Job Description
As a Product Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping and driving data-driven decisions for Base44. This high-impact, fast-paced role is focused on building a new product category, requiring a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.
In your day-to-day, you will:
- Lead end-to-end product analysis across the Base44 user journey- from onboarding and activation to feature adoption, retention, and app monetization
- Own the data lifecycle from clarifying core product questions to ensuring data quality, user behavioral tracking, and delivering actionable product insights
- Challenge the “why” and “how” of product features, driving data-informed decisions that shape the product roadmap
- Deeply understand user behavior by identifying patterns, churn risks, and anomalies across different cohorts and user segments
- Enable high-velocity decision-making by building trustworthy dashboards and self-serve reporting tools for Product Managers, Designers, and Leadership
- Leverage state-of-the-art AI tools (including Claude, ChatGPT, and LLM-assisted workflows) to accelerate data processing, automate insights generation, and enhance product experimentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst focusing on product analytics (preferably in a fast-paced B2B/B2C SaaS or Tech company)
- Proven hands-on experience with AI tools and LLMs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI) for analytical workflow enhancement, automated scripting, or data exploration
- Deep understanding of product analytics frameworks: user funnels, onboarding optimization, cohort analysis, A/B testing/experimentation, feature adoption, and retention curves
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools (Python)
- Experience with product analytics and event-tracking platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap)
- Exceptional business acumen- ability to connect complex product usage data to core business outcomes and tell compelling data stories
- High attention to detail with a track record of delivering accurate, actionable, and impact-driven insights
- Comfortable in an agile, fast-paced environment, collaborating seamlessly with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Designers
