Job Description
Every AI-powered data analysis or coding at Wix depends on one thing: trustworthy, always-current data. You'll help build the agentic “Org Brain” that makes that possible - a company-wide context layer and data catalog that both engineers and AI agents rely on to understand what's true across Wix. You'll join Data Services, a domain squad within Wix's Big Data and Analytics Platform group, based in Vilnius, focused on solving these problems and more at scale.
In this role, you'll take end-to-end ownership of the platforms that power our context store and data catalogs, from data ingestion to agentic search and serving. You'll work hands-on across the full stack, partnering with cross-functional teams to keep pace with fast-evolving AI needs.
In your day-to-day, you will:
Deliver innovative agentic and deterministic solutions for internal, data- and AI-driven use cases
Be hands-on across the stack, coding in Python, Scala, Java & Typescript to develop full stack data-oriented systems and pipelines
Work closely with other squads and teams across Data Infrastructure to align on architecture, data contracts, and shared tooling
Own the context store and data catalog end-to-end, from data modeling through the interfaces engineers and AI agents use to query them
Qualifications
Exceptional and highly motivated Full Stack Engineer with at least 5 years of experience
Expertise in designing, building, and owning end-to-end production-grade services as well as web applications using modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, Next, etc.)
Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into production systems, including agentic workflows, tool-calling, or MCP-based integrations
Experience collaborating with product managers, UX specialists, and stakeholders
Strong communication skills in English
It's an advantage if you:
Have experience working with big data and/or data-oriented products
Have experience with building advanced RAG/Agentic search and/or building MCP servers as a product

Data Services is a squad within Data Intelligence, made up of data oriented xEngineers. We're behind the context store, data catalog, and data quality infrastructure that serve most of Wix's roles, mainly xEngineers and creators, along with their AI agents. We own the full stack: Frontend, backend and data, while continuously deepening our AI fluency as a team. Salary range is 5000 - 8000 Eur GROSS / month (Total compensation, including RSUs package)
