Du bist Teil des Live-Operations-Teams und kommunizierst mit allen Wolt-Nutzern – Kunden, Kuriere oder Restaurants – und bietest den besten Support, den hungrige Menschen sich wünschen können.
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:
- Bearbeitung eingehender Live-Chats von unseren Kunden, Restaurants und Kuriere in Schichten.
- Weiterentwicklung unserer Support-Funktion zusammen mit dem Support-Team sowie anderen Teams innerhalb von Wolt.
