Who We Are Looking For:   The Senior Water Distribution Technician is a highly experienced field professional responsible for performing complex maintenance, repair, and construction activities within water distribution and wastewater collection systems while providing day-to-day technical guidance, mentorship, and support to less experienced technicians. Working under the direction of the Lead Water Distribution Operator and Project Manager, this position serves as a key technical resource for the field team, helping coordinate daily work activities, promote best practices, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with operational standards. While the role may include formal supervisory responsibilities, its primary focus is on technical leadership and field support. Serve as an experienced technical resource who supports the Lead Water Distribution Operator by completing complex repairs, coordinating daily field activities, and helping the team respond efficiently to routine maintenance and emergency work, resulting in improved productivity and reduced service disruptions.
