The Organic Growth team is responsible for guiding and supporting restaurant and retail operators from their first question to their final decision – establishing Toast as the trusted authority through high-quality, organic content that turns discovery into opportunity.
You'll own the outreach and off-site authority-building work that sits between our content production and its reach – building the backlink, citation, and third-party mention profile that both search engines and AI systems already trust. You'll partner closely with your Organic Growth team members and cross-functional stakeholders to make sure what we publish earns a place in the conversations that matter, including how AI systems are increasingly answering questions about the food and hospitality industry.
This is a high-output role for a writer-outreacher who is also a clear thinker: someone who can draft a compelling guest post as comfortably as they can identify the right target and angle for it, treats writing and distribution as one connected job rather than two separate hand-offs, sees every new tool or article as a fresh outreach opportunity, continues to search for opportunities in external mentions.
