Sr. Associate, Customer Marketing

This role is responsible for strategic customer communications, ensuring Toast shows up for customers in critical moments. You will roll up your sleeves to build, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing programs across our core marketing tech stack, including Marketo, Pendo, and Braze. You’ll work closely with Product and Customer Success teams to deliver an aligned customer experience. We are a fast-paced team dedicated to helping restaurants and retailers thrive.
