In this role you will be supporting our offices on major incoming and outcoming payments and transactions.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounts payable global cycle, from receiving supplier invoices to approval and payment through online banking.
- Process supplier invoices via the Pivot platform, ensuring invoice lines match Purchase Orders (POs) and coordinating the approval workflow.
- Participate in preparing payment registers for all group companies and facilitate vendor and creditor payments via bank transfers.
- Reconcile bank statements with accounting records, ensuring the accuracy of incoming and outgoing payments.
