About the role

A Property Management specialist to join the Welcome Office team who are responsible for the delivery of an enhanced property management service to occupiers on a portfolio of premium multi-let London offices.

Welcome works on a simple principle: fewer buildings, more of us. You’ll manage fewer buildings than the industry norm, giving you time to know your buildings, clients and occupiers properly

The role will require regular and direct communication with institutional fund management clients and the supervision of a number of other property managers, graduates and on-site staff. 

You will work closely with the Property Accounts team to ensure that all financial information is reported accurately.

Day to day you'll

• Join the Welcome team in Birmingham, delivering Workman’s enhanced property management service to clients and occupiers across a portfolio of multi-let offices.
• Be the main point of contact for clients and their occupiers, building close, long-term relationships with both
• Deliver Welcome’s service standards at every stage of the occupier journey, from pre-lease and fit-out through move-in, day-to-day occupation and exit
• Work with Welcome’s CX and on-site teams to plan and elevate the occupier experience, and act on occupier feedback and satisfaction data
