More Than a Role

Our Customer Experience Operations (CX Ops) team is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and client-focused Operations Associate who is fluent in Spanish and English.

In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and seamless operations. You’ll investigate invoices, troubleshoot platform issues, and help clients understand how our solutions work.

You’ll use your analytical and numerical skills to solve complex issues, identify patterns, improve processes, and make sure our clients receive clear and effective support.
