Overview
- World Business Lenders (WBL) is a privately held portfolio lender specializing in real estate-secured business loans for underserved businesses. WBL operates with a fully remote, multinational workforce and an experienced executive leadership team.
- Typically, the work schedule is from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, though additional hours may be required based on business needs.
About the Role
- WBL is seeking a Corporate Governance Analyst to support entity maintenance, corporate filings, governance approvals, recordkeeping, intellectual property administration, and corporate-structure projects. The Analyst will maintain accurate entity data, coordinate signatures and filings, track deadlines, and keep governance records complete and accessible.
What Success Looks Like
- Keeps entity profiles, calendars, minute books, organizational charts, and filing records accurate and current.
- Coordinates approvals, signatures, filings, and follow-up without missed deadlines.
- Produces complete, well-organized records for audits, transactions, and diligence requests.
- Identifies discrepancies, missing documents, and standing issues and escalates them promptly.
