This is the next step in your clinical journey, and you won't be doing it alone. From day one, you'll be surrounded by a team of SLPs and cross-disciplinary colleagues who love what they do and are genuinely excited to learn and grow alongside you.
Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated supervision and mentorship woven in from the start, ramping your caseload and workload expectations gradually throughout your CF year.
Caseloads are diverse, reflecting a wide range of diagnoses, needs, and strengths. We believe in meeting every child where they are and celebrating neurodiversity in all its forms. Treatment sessions are 30 minutes, and evaluations are 60 minutes. CFYs start with one recurring evaluation per week, with flexibility to add if needed during caseload building.
