Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join the team at Benugo John Lewis Cheadle
We Offer:
Rate: £13.50 per hour
Shifts: 5 days out of 7/ Mon- Fri/ Weekends
Contract: Full Time
About the Team Leader role:
- To oversee the day-to-day operations by ensuring that our product and the service we provide are always of highest standard
- To supervise, manage and motivate the team
- To support management team in working towards improving sales and service
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained
- Cash handling , stock control and stocktaking, ensuring accurate cash reconciliation and effective inventory management.
The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service, and leadership skills.
