We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Vending Operator to join our team in Tilbury, United Kingdom. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our vending machine operations, ensuring optimal inventory levels, and delivering excellent service to our customers. This position requires someone who is organized, efficient, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all aspects of the job.

• Stock, restock, and maintain vending machines according to established schedules and inventory requirements
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on vending machines, identifying issues and coordinating repairs when necessary
• Plan and execute efficient routes to service multiple vending locations within assigned territories
• Ensure all machines comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Maintain detailed records of inventory, sales, maintenance activities, and customer interactions
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Report on machine performance and provide recommendations for improvement
• Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols while performing duties
• Hours 9am - 2pm 5 out of 7 days a week

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple locations efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot common vending machine issues
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and stock inventory regularly
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn new systems and procedures
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management software (preferred)
• No experience necessary
