We are seeking two experienced Quantity Surveyors to support a major semiconductor fab construction project in Malta, New York. The Quantity Surveyor will provide commercial, cost management, procurement, and contract administration support across multiple construction packages associated with a complex semiconductor manufacturing facility. This role will work closely with project management, construction, engineering, procurement, contractors, and other project stakeholders to maintain cost control, manage commercial risk, evaluate changes, and support successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting large, technically complex construction programs within semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, life sciences, data center, battery manufacturing, or other mission critical environments. Experience with semiconductor fab construction, cleanrooms, process utilities, MEP systems, tool installation, or advanced manufacturing facilities is highly preferred.
