Senior Project Manager, Instrumentation & Controls - Semiconductor

We are seeking an Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) + Life Safety Systems (LSS) Work Group Lead to support our growing project execution team in North Phoenix, AZ. This individual will serve as the technical lead for all I&C and LSS-related scopes, overseeing field execution, trade partner coordination, quality review, and documentation alignment. JOB OVERVIEW The Work Group Lead is a discipline-specific subject matter expert embedded within the execution team. In this role, the I&C + LSS Work Group Lead will be responsible for providing field-level leadership and technical guidance for all instrumentation, low-voltage control systems, fire alarm, smoke control, and other life safety infrastructure installations. This position serves as the primary interface between the CM team, the General Contractor, trade partners, and the client’s technical leads for this scope of work. RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the primary point of contact and technical authority for all Instrumentation and Controls systems, including low-voltage power, signal wiring, PLCs, BMS, DDC, and equipment integration.
