The CRM Specialist is responsible for coordinating, building, performing quality assurance, scheduling, and deploying business-as-usual customer communications through Braze. Campaign channels include email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and in-app messages. The role ensures that communications are accurate, engaging, compliant, and aligned with approved campaign briefs, brand standards, customer preferences, and business timelines.
