Senior Business Analyst (AL-FNC251201 009/01)

The Senior Business Analyst serves as a key link between organisational goals and technology-driven solutions. This role involves evaluating complex business operations, uncovering improvement opportunities, and producing practical insights that contribute to overall business performance. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements for major initiatives and strategic programmes.
• Work closely with stakeholders to assess business needs and challenges, translating them into well-defined, actionable requirements.
• Create process flows, user stories, and workflow diagrams to support solution development and implementation efforts.
• Perform gap assessments and propose process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering activities, including workshops, interviews, and working sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Partner with project managers, development teams, and quality assurance to maintain alignment and ensure successful solution delivery.
• Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and business cases for senior leaders and key stakeholders.
