Solutions Engineer ST FNC260401 001/01
The Solutions Engineer will support the design, development and implementation of service and solution offerings across the various IT domains under the umbrella of the organization’s business services.
This role is for a proactive, analytical thinker who thrives in technical and business environments and eager to learn from experienced seniors while contributing to projects in the real-world environment.
The Engineer will collaborate and engage with multiple parties ranging from internal stakeholders to external clients, partners, vendors to co-create solutions that are relevant with the needs of the market. Additional activities may include pre-sales support, and initiatives to drive operational excellence.
Technical Support & Solution Assistance
- Assist in the process of designing and implementing build models of service solutions, under guidance from senior team members.
- Support the development of solution components by contributing to conceptualization, implementation, testing and documentation.
- Help translate business requirements into technical requirements with supervision.
Partner Coordination Support
- Help maintain records and communications with technology partners and vendors.
- Participate in the identification and evaluation of solution providers and partners to support the overall development of service solutions.
