About the role and team:
Our Talent Acquisition team hires the engineers, data and AI specialists, delivery consultants and product people who make CreateFuture's client work possible. As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll own a portfolio of live roles end-to-end, working as a genuine partner to hiring managers and account leads rather than an order-taker, and coaching junior recruiters as you go.

- Own a portfolio of live requisitions across engineering, data, AI, delivery or product roles, managing them end-to-end from brief to offer
