The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Finance Manager to be the key finance partner to Xero’s UK go-to-market (GTM) organisation.

You’ll work closely with UK and Global leaders to improve commercial decision-making, improve visibility of performance, and ensure resources are directed to the highest-value opportunities.

You’ll lead planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and scenario modelling across the UK GTM organisation, bringing financial rigour and commercial judgement to decisions on growth, investment, and execution.

This role suits someone who enjoys operating close to revenue teams, is comfortable working through ambiguity, and can turn analysis into action.

You will help the UK leadership team make better, faster, and more commercially grounded decisions.

You’ll do that by creating clarity on performance, improving planning and forecasting, and building robust analysis that helps the business evaluate trade-offs with confidence. You’ll be expected to challenge assumptions, surface risks early, and focus attention on the choices that will have the biggest impact on growth and efficiency.
